Welcome to Vastraanii. We are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order on our website.
By placing an order with Vastraanii, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order verification.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festive seasons, promotional sales, or high order volumes, processing may take longer than usual.
Processing time and shipping time are separate.
2. Limited Stock Availability
At Vastraanii, many of our products are available in limited quantities.
As inventory is updated in real time, there may be rare situations where multiple customers place an order for the same product at nearly the same time.
If the ordered product becomes unavailable due to limited stock:
We will notify you as soon as possible.
You may choose to:
Exchange the product with another available design or size.
Receive store credit (if applicable).
Receive a full refund for prepaid orders.
Vastraanii reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or unavailable.
3. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across most serviceable locations in India.
Delivery availability depends on the courier partner's service network.
Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:
Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Any promotional free shipping offer will be applicable only under the terms specified at the time of purchase.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available only in selected serviceable PIN codes.
Vastraanii reserves the right to disable COD for:
High-risk locations
Repeated order cancellations
Customers with multiple failed deliveries
Suspicious order activity
7. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive:
Order Confirmation Email
SMS or WhatsApp Confirmation (if applicable)
Please ensure that your contact details are accurate while placing the order.
8. Shipment Tracking
After your order is dispatched, a tracking link and tracking number will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
9. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable during all delivery attempts:
The shipment may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Refunds for returned shipments due to customer unavailability may not include shipping charges.
10. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Vastraanii shall not be responsible for delivery failures due to:
Incorrect address
Wrong PIN code
Incorrect mobile number
Incomplete address
If the order has not been dispatched, customers may contact us to request an address correction.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the shipment has been dispatched.
11. Delayed Delivery
Although we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Festivals
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Courier operational delays
High order volumes
Such delays are beyond the control of Vastraanii.
12. Failed Delivery
If a shipment is returned because:
Customer refused delivery
Customer was unavailable
Incorrect address was provided
Courier could not contact the customer
The order may be cancelled.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-dispatch.
13. Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:
Do not accept the package if it appears heavily damaged.
Take clear photos of the package.
Record an unboxing video.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
14. Lost Shipment
If your shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, Vastraanii will investigate the matter.
After confirmation from the courier company, we may:
Ship a replacement product (subject to stock availability), or
Process a full refund for prepaid orders.
15. Multiple Orders
Orders placed separately may be shipped individually depending on:
Product availability
Warehouse location
Inventory status
Multiple orders are not guaranteed to be delivered together.
16. Order Cancellation Due to Stock Unavailability
Since many of our collections are produced in limited quantities, there may be occasions where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed.
In such cases, Vastraanii reserves the right to cancel the order.
For prepaid orders, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
17. Force Majeure
Vastraanii shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Floods
Earthquakes
Pandemic
Government restrictions
War
Civil disturbances
Transportation disruptions
Courier strikes
Natural disasters
