Exchange Policy

At Vastraanii, we strive to provide high-quality women's ethnic wear that meets your expectations. However, if you receive a product that doesn't fit properly or has a genuine issue, we offer an easy exchange process under the terms mentioned below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Exchange Policy.

 1.⁠ ⁠Exchange Eligibility

Products are eligible for exchange only if the request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The exchanged product must meet all of the following conditions:

Product must be unused, unwashed and unworn.
Original tags, labels and brand packaging must be intact.
Product should be in its original condition without any stains, perfume, makeup marks, deodorant marks or damage.
Product should not have been altered or modified in any manner.
Invoice or order confirmation should be available.
Exchange request must be approved by our support team before dispatch.

Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in rejection of the exchange request.

 2.⁠ ⁠Products Eligible for Exchange

Exchange is accepted in the following situations:

Size Exchange

If the ordered size does not fit, customers may request a size exchange subject to stock availability.

Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a different product than what you ordered.

Manufacturing Defect

If the product has stitching defects, fabric defects or any manufacturing fault.

Damaged Product Received

If the product reaches you in damaged condition during transit.

 3.⁠ ⁠Products Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchange will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Product has been worn.
Product has been washed.
Product has been ironed.
Tags have been removed.
Original packaging is missing.
Product has perfume smell.
Product has makeup stains.
Product has deodorant stains.
Product has food stains.
Product has been damaged after delivery.
Exchange request is raised after 7 days.
Product purchased during clearance sale.
Products sold under "Final Sale".
Gift Cards.
Customized or altered products.
Free promotional products.
Accessories (if applicable).
 4.⁠ ⁠Size Exchange Policy

Please carefully refer to the Size Chart before placing your order.

If an incorrect size is ordered by the customer:

One-time size exchange is available.
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Refund will not be issued for incorrect size selection made by the customer.
 5.⁠ ⁠Exchange Request Process

To request an exchange:

Order Number
Customer Name
Registered Mobile Number
Product Images
Package Images
Clear reason for exchange
Unboxing Video (mandatory for damaged/wrong product claims)

Incomplete requests may take longer to process.

 6.⁠ ⁠Unboxing Video Requirement

For claims related to:

Wrong Product
Missing Product
Damaged Product
Manufacturing Defect

A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.

 7.⁠ ⁠Quality Inspection

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

Exchange will only be approved after successful inspection.

If the product fails inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer.

 8.⁠ ⁠Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup service is available for selected pin codes.

If reverse pickup is unavailable:

Customer may be requested to self-ship the product.
Shipping instructions will be shared by our support team.
 9.⁠ ⁠Exchange Shipping Charges

Exchange shipping charges depend on the reason for exchange.

If the mistake is from Vastraanii

Examples:

Wrong Product
Manufacturing Defect
Damaged Product

No exchange shipping charges will be applicable.

If the exchange is requested by the customer

Examples:

Wrong Size Ordered
Change of Preference

A nominal exchange shipping fee may be applicable depending on location.

10.⁠ ⁠Exchange Approval Timeline

After receiving the product:

Inspection: 1–2 Business Days
Exchange Approval: 24 Hours
Dispatch of New Product: 2–4 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier partner and destination.

11.⁠ ⁠Stock Availability

Exchange is subject to product availability.

If the requested size or design is unavailable, Vastraanii reserves the right to offer:

Store Credit
Alternative Product
Exchange for another available size or color
12.⁠ ⁠Exchange Limit

Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Multiple exchanges on the same order will not be accepted.

13.⁠ ⁠Color Variation

Actual product colors may slightly differ due to:

Studio Lighting
Camera Settings
Mobile Screen
Monitor Display

Minor color variation shall not be considered a valid reason for exchange.

14.⁠ ⁠Fabric & Handwork Variation

Our products may include embroidery, prints, lace work or handcrafted detailing.

Minor variations in:

Print Placement
Embroidery
Lace Pattern
Fabric Texture
Thread Work

are natural characteristics and shall not be treated as defects.

15.⁠ ⁠Right to Refuse Exchange

Vastraanii reserves the right to reject any exchange request if:

Product shows signs of use.
Product fails quality inspection.
Policy conditions are violated.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
Required proof is not provided.

The decision of Vastraanii shall be final.
