At Vastraanii, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we request customers to carefully review their order details before completing the purchase.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request to cancel an order only before it has been processed or dispatched.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order status changes to Processing or Shipped, whichever occurs first.
Once an order has entered processing or has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

Cancellation requests are considered valid only after confirmation from our support team.
3. Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch:
A full refund of the product amount will be initiated.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Repeated cancellation of COD orders without a valid reason may result in:
Restriction of COD facility for future purchases.
Requirement of prepaid payment for future orders.
Cancellation of future COD orders at our discretion.
Vastraanii reserves the right to refuse COD service to customers with a history of repeated order cancellations or delivery refusals.
5. Order Cancellation by Vastraanii
Vastraanii reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
Product becomes unavailable due to limited stock.
Pricing or technical errors on the website.
Payment could not be verified.
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
Incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
Customer could not be contacted for order verification.
Orders violating our Terms & Conditions.
Delivery location is not serviceable.
In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
If payment has already been received, the applicable refund will be processed.
6. Limited Stock Products
Many of our collections are produced and stocked in limited quantities.
Although we regularly update our inventory, there may be rare situations where multiple customers place orders for the same item simultaneously.
If the ordered product is no longer available after order confirmation, Vastraanii reserves the right to cancel the order.
For prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued.
7. Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking details have been shared, cancellation is no longer possible.
Customers may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy, where applicable.
8. Refusal to Accept Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept a shipped order without a valid reason:
Shipping and return courier charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Future COD orders may be restricted.
Repeat instances may lead to suspension of COD privileges.
9. Modification of Orders
Customers may request changes to:
Shipping Address
Contact Number
only before the order has been processed.
Requests to change:
Product
Design
Color
Size
cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing.
10. Promotional & Sale Orders
Orders placed during:
Flash Sales
Clearance Sales
Festival Offers
Special Promotions
may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed, unless required by applicable law.
11. Refund for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellation refunds are processed only after confirmation from our support team.
Refund timelines:
Processing by Vastraanii: 1–3 Business Days
Credit by Bank/Payment Gateway: 5–7 Business Days
Actual timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
12. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and business, Vastraanii reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of:
Fraudulent activity
Misuse of promotional offers
Multiple fake orders
Abuse of the return or cancellation policy
Unauthorized payment transactions
Such decisions shall be made at the sole discretion of Vastraanii.
13. Force Majeure
Vastraanii shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations arising due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Floods
Earthquakes
Government restrictions
Pandemic
War
Civil unrest
Courier disruptions
Transportation failures
Technical system failures
14. Changes to This Policy
Vastraanii reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
The revised policy shall become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
